The Problem

Even in a county as affluent as Westchester, NY, too many children don't have access to essential technology. Surprisingly, this issue persists despite our county's overall prosperity. Many K-12 students lack basic digital resources like computers and reliable internet connections.

It's not just about homework; it's about missing out on vital online learning tools and falling behind in a world that's becoming increasingly digital.

The digital divide is deepening the disparities in our community. We urgently need to address this issue and find ways to ensure that every child in Westchester, regardless of background, has an equal chance to succeed in our digitally-driven world.
